What is the biggest professional challenge you have faced?
A career change alongside part-time study for a higher level qualification.
Social media – friend or foe?
It’s the way forward, so a friend, but it has to be used effectively otherwise it’s a foe.
What is the best advice you have ever been given?
Often careful negotiation is far more beneficial than a formal fight.
What advice would you give now to a senior executive looking for their next career move?
