Make sure that all of the elements of “brand you” are aligned across all social media platforms. Show that you know what you can offer, and you know how to articulate this. You want to create the right impression. For consistency, you might consider using the same username across all platforms. I recommend using the same professional head shot too, so you’re quickly recognisable. Carefully consider the keywords you use and tailor to the executive headhunters and recruiters you aim to attract to your profiles.
